The Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct site assessments and baseline environmental studies
  • Prepare comprehensive EIA reports to NESREA standards
  • Liaise with regulatory agencies through approval process
  • Manage community engagement and stakeholder consultations
  • Mentor junior environmental scientists on the team
What You Bring

Requirements

  • B.Sc in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, or related field
  • 3+ years EIA experience in Nigeria
  • Working knowledge of NESREA regulations and Federal Ministry of Environment processes
  • Strong report writing and presentation skills
  • Field experience across multiple Nigerian states
Bonus Points

Nice to Have

  • M.Sc in Environmental Management
  • Experience in oil & gas sector EIAs
  • GIS software proficiency
